ArtistSafe begins with a free artist register and a fair practice accreditation for galleries. Over time, it is being developed towards protected checkout tools that support split payments at source, clearer sale records, transparent commission breakdowns and more reliable artist payment workflows.
Artists often place enormous trust in galleries when they consign work. But payment terms, sale reporting and commission breakdowns are not always as clear as they should be.

ArtistSafe is developing split payment tools for artist-gallery sales.
The aim is simple: when a buyer pays for an artwork, the payment is split between the artist, gallery and ArtistSafe platform fee at the point of sale.
The artist’s share would not pass through the gallery’s account or become part of gallery cashflow, helping artists receive payment sooner and reducing admin for galleries.
